I'm giving 1 star because I have to. My son bought this phone Mid August and 2 months later it died. The screen started flashing and then it went green and then had a bright screen. It is on sometimes and off sometimes. It isn't returnable because it is past the 2 week return week. He was told it will cost him at least $280 to repair the phone. I am extremely upset with Best Buy over this. They should do better. They sold him a junk phone and don't have the integrity to make it right.

I needed an iPhone; it was an emergency. Getting a brand new phone would take up to two weeks. I saw that a preowned iPhone was the fastest way because I could pick it up the same day. The device has scratches on the left side, the screen, the battery everything is bad with the device. I feel like Best Buy shouldn’t sell this kind of products.
