Not as described several scratch, battery life is not good

It performs as well as a new one for what I need it to do.

i returned it, because of lack of customer service. I could not get any help getting the phone up and running and basic help with set up. The lack of customer service at this store lately has me wondering how much longer I will be shop there. If i wanted internet quality service help I would buy my stuff on line. Brick and mortor store wake up, its about survice

Replacement for my daughter. Fairly decent phone. Picture quality is great.

Not happy. I bought this for my teenage daughter for Christmas. Since most teenagers do not make phone calls but mostly text, we did not realize that the voice quality on a phone call is horrible!! Didn't know this for 3 months after purchase. Now we are stuck with it. I'm giving 2 stars because it does everything else just fine.

Phone arrived in a non-Iphone box with no cushioning on inside of phone box. It looked to be ok, but I don't get a lot of incoming calls and I realized several days later that the phone wasn't ringing for incoming calls. Then, I realized the action key on the upper left side of the phone is nonfunctional. Buyer beware. Apple has refurbished phones that they will actually check for functionality before sending them to you. Sure, they are more expensive - but it isn't worth the risk to go through Best Buy.

the phone is in good condition, maybe if it was in its original box it would be better, but that's fine

Phone works but all after market chords and cables (non-OEM). I thought i would receive a better discount but did see similar/better offers just after purchase.

Screen was damaged, has gouges on the sides of the phone glass, that’s hardly excellent condition. I wouldn’t bother buying through Best Buy again

The phone was defective had to return it. But the guys over at geek squad at the Culver City location were amazing !! They had great customer service! Sterling and Daniel super helpful

Had to immediately return it due to the wifi chip being broken.

I stopped using it. Battery dies fast even though I turned off all notification. Also I don't have any extra applications added on it. I was able to get my One + unlocked and have switched back it it. I'm looking to just junk the iPhone and bite the bullet on it being no good.

It’s okay the speakers are horrible tho . I love the purple to it tho

Beware. Do Not buy this Item. Took it out of the box and the battery was dead and would not charge. If was bought for my wife's birthday and her birthday was 15 days after purchase and they only let you return it 14 days. I paid for something that I never got.

The camera is shaking, went take a picture? I m not happy

Nice looking phone, unfortunately the ear speaker is not working.

Not like good this phone is cracked from from an back and battery level is 45%

Bought with a confidence that it has been inspected and tested carefully by Bestbuy to ship it oversea. Find out from the first time using the ear speaker is failed and has to be replaced. Disappointed

There is a problem with the speaker and now the screen seems to be frozen. It won't let me scroll.
