Caution for buying iPhones for 64gb

The 64 storage on the phone SUCKS regardless of buying 2TB of iCloud+ storage. Found out that iCloud storage and device storage are 2 separate storage capacities. The phone doesn’t show all of my messages anymore or send me ALL of my notifications! And deletes messages and notifications at random THANK GOD for my Apple Watch! If it wasn’t for my watch I wouldn’t know if I received a text or call. My Watch notified me in place of my phone. My hotspot works when it wants to. ALL of these issues started happening AFTER I my return period was over. & that’s only 15 days.

My only gripe is that a customer service rep told me that each Best Buy preowned. Phone comes with a new battery. That turned out not to be the case. Nevertheless, the phone works great at an affordable price.

I was nervous buying a pre-owned phone since so many are linked to the previous service provider. This was listed as unlocked and it was true to it's word.
