I needed an iPhone; it was an emergency. Getting a brand new phone would take up to two weeks. I saw that a preowned iPhone was the fastest way because I could pick it up the same day. The device has scratches on the left side, the screen, the battery everything is bad with the device. I feel like Best Buy shouldn’t sell this kind of products.

The battery on this device is very poor I think they didn't do a good job in refurbushing it and I couldn't return this device because I was out of the country for 1 month. Very poor quality for the price tag hope it would have been better.. I would still appriciate if I can get any help regarding this.

Sound was bad and the phone was really slow to connect to internet.

Bestbuy sold me a phone with a broken speaker so we can’t do FaceTime. That was the whole reason I bought the phone for my daughter so we she goes to her dads she can check in with me. I tried to return it, but the window of return closed so fast before we even noticed. I’m just very disappointed in the quality of the phone.

It performs as well as a new one for what I need it to do.

Bought a pre-owed for my dad as a gift as I was setting it up and everything I didn’t realize speakers did not work , I went back the next day and I was exchanged to a different one but now it came all scratched up and damaged . Worst thing is I was also charged extra from the carrier so ended up wasting more money ! , don’t buy pre owed phones from Best Buy !

Was told the battery got replaced…took the phone home and the maximum battery capacity was at 65%

Battery does not last for more than 2 hours. Disappointed !!

Replacement for my daughter. Fairly decent phone. Picture quality is great.

Not happy. I bought this for my teenage daughter for Christmas. Since most teenagers do not make phone calls but mostly text, we did not realize that the voice quality on a phone call is horrible!! Didn't know this for 3 months after purchase. Now we are stuck with it. I'm giving 2 stars because it does everything else just fine.

Phone works but all after market chords and cables (non-OEM). I thought i would receive a better discount but did see similar/better offers just after purchase.
