    I’m so glad I went with Best Buy. The phone works great. My only gripe is that a customer service rep told me that each Best Buy preowned. Phone comes with a new battery. That turned out not to be the case. Nevertheless, the phone works great at an affordable price.

    Pre-owned and works great. It was easy to get connected to my phone service provider. I was nervous buying a pre-owned phone since so many are linked to the previous service provider. This was listed as unlocked and it was true to it's word.

    i like the phone, however, i am having a problem with getting enough volume- this has been verified by several individuals - however, when i brought it in to best buy, they said it was alright.

    Based off the Q&A and reviews, I assumed it would come with a perfect battery. When I received the phone it only had 84% battery health. This is similar to an old iphone I have had for 4 years. BestBuy also charged $30 to ship which is way more than it should have cost. Don't buy.
