My sons loves the phone but the battery doesn’t stay charged as long as I would like

Although the phone that i received came with minor scratches, it has yet to fail on me and has remained durable. The condition of the phone seems to be close to new with amazing battery life, camera and screen quality as well as a lack of overheating. With new phones running over $1000, the price is fair for a product in excellent condition!

Device was in almost new condition showing very little wear. Easy to setup and replace my old device. Note: Did not come with a charging cable or power adapter.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I only wish I had bought a pre-owned iPhone before instead of spending a lot more money. It is perfect. I bought online, picked up at the store, went to my carrier TMobile and within 5 minutes had my "new" phone ready to use. There is no way I can tell it was ever used.

Brought it as a Christmas gift and works perfectly. Very clean with no dents or scratches. Works with our carrier as well. Very happy with my purchase.

This was a lifesaver. My phone was run over by a car by accident ,and I did not want to pay 1000.00 plus for a new one. I came into Best Buy and bought this refurbished one. It looks brand new. You can not even tell that it was not.

Wanted to purchase a used phone for teenage son. Decided to purchase from Best Buy as it was covered under my total protection plan instead of purchasing insurance through wireless carrier. Wish it came in a box that felt more “New” as this was a gift. Phone was in great condition. Also- did not like how refurbished/ preowned phones are not on the floor. You have the request the exact phone and cannot browse. This is frustrating because you have no ability to see options without someone going in the back and bringing them out. They should have a display for preowned/ refurbished phones instead of it being a secret. They have open box items out so not sure why they do this.
