Mom loves it but store took forever They had found the wrong one and I told them I wanted the other one but they're going to actually count me the money and let me get the better one for the price of the older one but they ended up finding the older one and it worked out. That's why Best buy is goat.

Came in excellent condition and so is perfectly functional.

The equipment was more damaged than I thought, and there was no way to know that beforehand. But what disappoints me the most is Best Buy's service. They didn't help me with anything. They even told me that there was no warranty on this purchase, which I expected, but I asked them if we could turn it on together in case there was a problem. They refused to help me even with that. It's the same experience as bought it on the street at a higher price.

Excellent for what you’re getting for price. With this quality I would expect it to be 1000$. Although the no home button takes getting used to, and the battery doesn’t seem as good as the SE 3. The screen resolution and refresh rate is definitely noticeable, along with performance.

It was in perfect state! I got the iphone 12 and thought it maybe had scratches or something but NOTHING at all!

The phone is good, no visible imperfections. It does not swipe as easily as it should. Other than that, there are no issues. I did just get the phone a couple weeks ago.
