Very good, it was not in its original package, but in a clear box, which i dont mind. it camen with a charger (also not original) but functional. I am very pleased

Mom loves it but store took forever They had found the wrong one and I told them I wanted the other one but they're going to actually count me the money and let me get the better one for the price of the older one but they ended up finding the older one and it worked out. That's why Best buy is goat.

Product came in perfect condition. Customer service was amazing, there was a mistake on the account where i was charged twice but they handled is expeditiously. Im not a paid nor compensated customer. This is real. I am beyond satisfied!

The excellent conditions do not determine the battery life, which I was unaware that after the phone reaches less than 80% it begins to act like it has a mind of its own. Cheaper is always more expensive in the long run.

It has lasted almost a year so that's good. Battery doesn't hold much of a charge anymore.

Needed a replacement for my Dad’s broken phone. It was an old 8, so this was an upgrade anyways. Works perfectly fine. Was able to link it up to Spectrum Mobile without issue.

To my surprise the device was just like bew. No complaints
