Phone was in good physical condition. Better than I thought it would be. One good thing is that you get to inspect the phone in the store before purchasing. Also, the Best Buy employee put on the screen and camera protectors, at no charge.

So far so good. Easy transfer from old phone. Works well. Still learning new features. No issues.
