I got a phone and since it wasnt cheap at $454 was expecting that the phone was in good cosmetic condition but it wasn’t so i return it but got charge $45 for restocking fee when they didnt send out a good phone money is tigh in this times of the year and just dealibg with this is a no no for me of doing something similar in the future good luck if u order one hopefully you dont have the same experience

Expensive for an open boxed phone scratch by the sound no memory storage basic phone

I bought this phone as a gift for my nephew and it was such an embarrassing experience as the phone was defective. The phone would restart every 2 minutes.

iPhone came with scratches and deep marks everywhere. Horrible condition that wasn’t mentioned in the description when I bought it, it’s like they dropped it and smashed it. I do not recommend buying their pre-owened because they come in very poor condition.

The battery is already defective, 74% of the battery status

I bought this phone as a refurbished phone. It was in OK condition. Good enough for my grandson to use.

Bought this for my daughter as a replacement phone. Camera didn't work and it was too late to return or report a problem by the time she realized it. Waste of $500.00

The person who help me, was really not a good customer service.. he was so rude when i ask him a question about the electronic that i was trying to buy

The phone itself look in fair condition. But it came locked, it does not show the passcode anywhere on the box.

Horrible, got the wrong item and have been waiting 11 days for my refund
