    I came into the store not knowing they had used iPhones … and was pleasantly surprised when The salesperson told me, after she realized I couldn’t afford to buy a brand new one straight out! The iPhone 12 was in immaculate condition and is working beautifully!! So happy they offer this !

    I purchased this iPhone in the last 1-2 months and it has worked well without any major issues so far. There were a few dings in the phone but that’s to be expected since it is pre-owned. The only issue I’ve encountered so far is the phone not ringing when called. I haven’t been able to fix it yet but found a work around for now until I can bring it somewhere to have it looked at. Overall happy with the phone.

    It’s a great phone. It’s easy to setup and easy to use. iPhone 12 it’s fast and doesn’t slow down at all. I love Best Buy because they have everything I needed. If they don’t have anything in stock just order it online and it’s fast shipping.

    Got it to replace my sons destroyed iPhone and has worked great, he left it in the car and it did overheat but it was very hot outside. More his fault than the device.
