    I was skeptical at first buying a second hand phone but it turned out great! Best Buy guarantees the best and that’s what was given when I got my phone. Totally recommend getting anything preowned or refurbished from Best Buy! Great quality and great service as well. Super fast curbside service.

    I broke my iphone 16 and got this iphone 12 as a replacement and it works pretty much the same as my 16 minus a few apple features obviously. Works great and has great battery.

    Product is working great. Quality is really good for pre-owned phone, and you can’t beat the price! Also, the employee for best by that helped was superb. Very helpful. Very friendly. And did everything in a timely manner even though it is holiday season! Very happy with my purchase and my experience!
