Bad Christmas customer service

We bought phone for my daughter's xmas present on black friday weekend. Only to find out my daughter needs more storage. We try to exchange/return. No problem. Except if you buy a cell phone/ipad/ or smart watch you can not return after 14 days. Well thats great if you buy phone to give right away. Do not buy in advance. Any issue you will not be able to return!
