Worst Iphone Ever.

I upgraded to this phone 3 years ago and within 4 months, the back shattered full of spider cracks in a good Speck case with a 3 foot drop. I went back to ATT where I purchased it and they explained that Apple wanted $600 to repair. I took it to an after-market store which replaced the back for $200. Warranty voided, waterproof no more. Within 2 years, the back shattered again and I've been waiting for my contract to expire to go with Samsung. I've been a loyal Apple customer for years and was disappointed with the lack of support from Apple and ATT. Both basically shamed me for not adding Apple care to my monthly payments to warranty a product that should already be covered.

I purchased this phone because it was unlocked, however, despite the phone arriving earlier than expected , it has a ton of scratches, camera has a scratch, and the battery health is already at 90%! Definitely returning for a full refund. I’ll never purchase a refurbish phone from Best Buy again, plus the customer service is horrble !!
