    i bought 2 iphone12 Pro The other one is perfect But the other one cannot use for calls we belive that the microphone is broken. and i sent it in our country so we cant bring it back here asap. thank you

    wouldnt say an excellent pre owned but is what it is i found it has some issues with the battery its at 60% batter
