    This was supposed to be in excellent condition but there’s so much scratches on the camera lenses at the back and the battery capacity has been so degraded. Not excellent at all.

    Got this phone for my 13 year old and she loves it! As stated in the title there are no scratches and her phone runs smoothly. We have not had any problems with buying refurbished items from Best Buy. Everytime we want somthing for our kiddos we always come to Best Buys refurbished. Very reliable and has never disappointed.

    I wanted to buy a new phone for my girlfriend. Her iphone 8+ was fading fast, and there seemed no way to transfer the information from phone to phone. I know, there's a way, but due to a number of factors, the carrier's issue with me not being on the account, and her not being able to get out of the house, it would'n work. The carrier suggested, the easiest way to do the switch was to buy a refurbished iphone 13 and switch the SIM cards. That's what I did. The refurbished phone was as good as new, and works perfectly. She is extremely happy with the phone. She still has to get used to swiping, instead of pushing a button.
