OK as always it was a plesant distraction from my own customers visiting your store and talking to your staff, continued atta boys for the culture there. I was happy as I left the store and excited to get back to Apple IOS, my two year departure to Android was uneventful. Like many I am unwilling to take the upfront hit for buying a new iphone and buying one on facebook or offer up screams scam so happy that Best Buy is a credible option in that space. Only issue was when I took the IPhone home it had a child account on it and it would ask the parent to approve every download. That never happened and I took it back to your store where the Geek squad rep said take it to apple. I did apple said cant use that phone and to add insult to injury i lost that phone prior to me being able to return it via mail store denied my request. Since the phone did not have my icloud i could not iniate the find my iphone feature so $400 down the drain. You should quality control the iphone to include software.

Paid extra money for excellent condition - Battery health indicator went off 1 week into owning it and hardly using it at all. Best Buy denied all responsibility, Apple doesn't want to fix it, they don't back their "Excellent" condition with anything don't get fooled like me

bought this as a backup device and was pleasantly surprised that I can upgrade it and receive credit for twice the price I paid.

Very great shape for a new phone, let alone a used one.

The battery doesn’t hold a charge and there is a dot on the screen that looks like a little light.

My phone was in great shape and came with the charging cord.The charge does last and i haven't had any issues with it.

The phone is great and work fine overseas when I travel outside USA.

The phone itself is in good condition. But the battery dies fairly quickly, there’s issues with videos playing weird, and issues with music when connected to Bluetooth. Phone is also just slow in general.

iPhone 13 comes with a package of perfect quality. Have some scratches around and one scratch on-screen. The big problem is the phone runs so lag with every touch on the screen like the screen only 10hz every task. I think you guys need to fix all the problems before putting it on sale.

I would rather chew my own arm off than ever buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy again. The phone stopped working after less than 30 days and Best Buy refused to help me with it and instead sent me directly to Apple. Apple was very helpful and tried to do everything they could, but the problem is that when Best Buy refurbished the phone, they did not update the sold date, and the phone no longer appears to fall under the 90-day warranty from Apple. I’ve made several attempts to work with Best Buy to get this date changed since it does not reflect the date. I actually purchased the phone as soon as the date is changed Apple is more than happy to help me fix or replace the phone. Unfortunately, no one at Best Buy no matter how many hours I spend on the phone or chatting, wants to help. I have bought so many electronics from Best Buy and had wonderful experiences in the past, but this most recent experience purchasing a refurbished iPhone from a retailer I thought I could trust, has been horrible and now I have a $600 paperweight and have to buy a new phone. Even the geek squad team at my local store said they recommend don’t ever buy a refurbished phone even from Best Buy. I guess it’s a lesson learned and I’ll be buying my other electronics somewhere else in the future
