everything is awesome EXCEPT the battery life. it was at 79% capacity the minute that i bought it and im pretty peeved that ill have to spend almost $100 to get it replaced when it was supposedly "rigorously tested". its not the end of the world and it was a cheap phone that's in otherwise great condition. hopefully i get a good 3-5 years out of it once i replace the battery.

Works good. Haven’t had any problems except for when I have the phone Bluetooth to something and I get a call and I have it on the phone speaker the person the called can’t really hear me that good. But that’s the only thing

Well i just received my daughter's phone in the mail today as soon as i opened it i notice scratches on both back and front for over 500$ i have to say im very disappointed i could of easily gotten one from else where looking brand new and if i go and do a return they will take money off not worth the hassle leason well learn.

I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 from Best Buy, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. It’s okay—not terrible, but definitely not as strong as a brand-new device.

My need was sudden… The iPhone 8-Plus I had used for the better part of 10 years was my core lifeline of my personal and professional scheduling, finances and communications. It was during a business trip that notices from vital apps arrived say that they would no longer be able to communicate with my aged IOS. A deadline of May 31, 2026 was given, after which the apps would cease to work. Best Buy was great. The gentleman who assisted me asked questions about what I felt I needed, and suggested the iPhone 13 5G 128GB. In just under an hour all the data was transferred from my 8-Plus to the 13, and I was back in business. Best Buy also had exactly the right sized protective OtterBox cover, a brand I have grown to trust. This ‘Pre-Owned’ iPhone 13 has been a dream to use, and the learning curve of transitioning to a newer ’thumb technique' of accessing and working with files has been a breeze. So, several years from now when my ‘new’ iPhone 13 maxes out, I’m certain I will be returning to Bust Buy for another pre-owned upgrade. I couldn’t be more pleased!
