This one has problem with volume - the ringtone and notification sounds will not allow increases in volume. They both reset to zero volume whenever we try to increase the volume. The sales people were helpful.

Geek Squad suggests it's pre owner was visually impaired & set the phone up this way. My reply is, HOW CAN YOU SELL this phone as "EXCELLENT" and yet your team can't fix it so that it works for seeing people! Totally useless & worthless according to the tech employee. So unhappy & critical of BEST BUY & GEEK SQUAD

I ended up having to return it and was lucky the manager was willing to waive the restocking fee. Even geek squad certified things can be a hit or miss I guess
