Great camera quality, fast, durable, and a perfect size to fit in my hand. I recommend this version because it’s convenient yet offers amazing quality.

The phone actually came in excellent condition, with the exception of 2 tiny scratches on the edge, tiiiiny scratches on the silver parts of the camera lenses & a little crud left in the mic space. These scratches are BARELY noticeable & I'm sure they cleaned the mic as well as possible. A charger was included (not a base) but it wasn't an official Apple charger. Calls sound great! Battery health is at 85%, which is eh, but it isn’t too bad for an almost 4 year old phone. Overall, I'm happy with it! Thank you Best Buy!!!

The sales person at best buy was great. She explained everything to me in detail and was very friendly and knowledgeable helped me through the buying experience and i would recommend best buy to everyone. I was extremely satisfied.

I love my iPhone 13 5G; it's everything I expected and more. It has numerous features and applications. It syncs well with my laptop and other devices. Very reasonable price for the type of tech I received.

I was nervous buying a phone from here (it was my first time) but I absolutely loved it! It came in a day earlier and was in perfect condition!

Works good. Haven’t had any problems except for when I have the phone Bluetooth to something and I get a call and I have it on the phone speaker the person the called can’t really hear me that good. But that’s the only thing

Well i just received my daughter's phone in the mail today as soon as i opened it i notice scratches on both back and front for over 500$ i have to say im very disappointed i could of easily gotten one from else where looking brand new and if i go and do a return they will take money off not worth the hassle leason well learn.

Got it for my Dad because his was broken and no longer worked, so far it works perfectly fine came with no damages and it was at a good price, definitely recommend if you want a new phone but don’t want to spend too much money!!!

looked like a brand new phone, no probs, except both people complained immediately it was slower than their old phone, they determined with our carrier that all newer phones are easier to regulate your download speed. we compared the phones next to each other and the iPhone 11 was way faster, like 1.5 minutes faster just to get to log in page at 3 different times thru-out the day. We work within 1000 ft from a 5g tower. I never switched anything with my plan to do this test. So one has already switched back to his iPhone 11 as he can work faster by hand than waiting for the new phone to work thru the server. So Is newer technology better?

Works great, wonderful battery life. I charge to 100% and don’t charge it over night and when I wake up it’s on 97% that’s pretty awesome. It came looking and working brand new

Phone looks like new and battery health was what you would expect from a used iPhone a couple generations old. I would def recommend buying used phones from Best Buy. I tried other apps out there that have better prices for used phones but I had issues twice and decided it wasn't worth it.

I have had this phone for a few weeks now and it has been great. Arrived in almost new condition and I havent had any issues. The only flaw I have found is the battery is not at 100% due to being a few years old. Overall I am very satisfied.
