So far I am really enjoying my new to me phone. Very well taken care of. I didn’t any scratches looked like new. Battery life is 90%. This is the first time I buy a pre owned. Definitely recommend it to save some money.

This refurbished iPhone 13 Pro is amazing, I was a little worried about buying this kind of used products but as soon as I got in my hands you could feel that this was a device very well maintained and it has everything new on the inside (new battery, clean structure) and on the outside it has no scratches, 10/10 I would buy again refurbished iPhones at best buy

I have used this phone for 2 weeks and found it very easy to use, and it seems to have good battery life. I love the photo quality and variety of special features you can choose to enhance your photos. Though it is a refurbished phone, it appears new and has worked flawlessly.

Looks like new! Although it was refurbished, there wasn’t any physical signs that it was previously owned. This was an amazing upgrade from my IPhone XR that I had been using for YEARS!

Was looking for a used iPhone and found this one for the right price. iPhone 13 still holds up even after the 17 models are present.

I think the camera is good. Battery is good. And after a week or so i havent had any problems. But the screen looks so weird sometimes.

The iPhone 13 was returned to Best Buy by the previous owner, which allowed me to purchase an iPhone with a large battery and an excellent camera.
