Good, good , good good good good good good good i’m recommending.

I know it’s refurbished but it only came with 85% battery life. For a couple hundred more I could have just got the 15. I got a new phone because my old phone was at 75% and kept dying after a couple hours. I thought refurbished came with a new battery. I was wrong. They charge a restocking fee to exchange it. If I win the gift card to write this review I’ll definitely exchange it for the 15. Aside from that huge battery issue. The phone itself so far is fine. But to not be able to watch a couple movies on your phone before it dies is ridiculous.

This was an excellent purchase!! I needed to upgrade from my iPhone 11 but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg AND I wanted a phone with more storage. It can boxed with a charger and was very easy to switch over from my existing T-Mobile phone

The phone is in perfect visual condition, good battery, feeling of brand new phone but the screen is not original (I compared it with similar iPhone which was purchased from Apple store, by opening same images and videos in dark). Barometer function doesn’t work. Overall it’s good and worth the money I paid

Phone is in good condition and there are no visible scratches. Only reason giving the 4 stars is that battery capacity is at 86% and came with OEM USB charging cable(Not the USB-Type C).

Battery 90%, screen repaired and replaced, micro scratches all over the metal frame, there is damage to the camera rim. I wish a refurbished model could have been prepared. The battery would have been replaced. 800$ for such a device is unreasonably expensive! Better to buy on the marketplace from an individual.

Purchased 2 of these refurbished phones a week ago, one as a replacement to my cracked phone, and one as an upgrade for my son who had an 11. His 13 Pro was fine and he is enjoying it now. My 13 Pro however had a busted external speaker and sounded absolutely terrible on calls, ring tones, and music. I believe a pull string toy would have sounded better than this phone. As a previously owned phone, it never should have been sold with this speaker issue. My options were to return and pay $45.00 restocking fee, or let geek squad take a look at it and charge me for the service. I chose to return it and let someone else get this beauty to continue the chain. No more refurbs for me. Good luck!

Honestly for a refurbished phone it works as though it was brand new. No troubles so far and no cosmetic damage upon arrival. Couldn’t be happier :)

The product is good no scratch good in condition the probldm is battery health its 84% so its dont last for long 3,4 hour thst maximum.

The phone is in great condition the only problem was the Max battery life was only at 92% other then that physically the phones great only a few scratches along the edges of the phone but that’s it

So far good the item has a few scratches but is in good working condition, we’ll see. I bought pre owned phone before and after a few weeks start to have problems.

It’s too small. And my battery does not last that long. Was going to return it but missed my window due to medical issues. I will just keep it, I mean it still works fine but not what I had wanted.

Box came in a good condition, came with it are the phone and charger, phone was in excellent condition, long battery lifespan, so happy to bought it through bestbuy!
