Tried sending a review, which never got sent! Not sure why, so repeating my review. With regard to this phone recently purchased, only just switched from an iPhone 10 XR to this iPhone 13 Pro. Let me say that i am extremely disappointed with Best Buy! The phone has a speaker problem, which obviously means the phone was nver checked by the Best Buy technicians?? How is this possible when you say it is a certified pre-owned phone? Surely all functions should have been checked by Best Buy? When talking on normal phone setting, there is a terrible crackling interference, so much so you cannot hear the person calling? I have taken the phone to an iPhone repair specialist, who has advised that it is the top speaker, interconnected to the IC board that needs to be replaced! So now i have the added cost of repairs! Certainly not impressed! Again, I ask the question, why was this not picked up when being checked? My biggest problem is that I purchased the phone on line from South Africa, and the phone was delivered to my son in San Francisco, who brought the phone to South Africa. So, trying to return the phone to Best Buy in the USA is impossible! I have advised my son about this incident, who has also previously bought items from Best Buy, Needless to say, with this type of service from Best Buy, makes it difficult to consider buying any further items but also to advise other potential buyers about buying a phone that was not checked and now faulty, so that they are not also "conned"! Please advise?

Product received in very good condition and with charger included.

Phones looks good, works well. The battery isn’t new so the charge doesn’t last long. It should’ve been revealed before purchase that the battery is used.

Ordered to be delivered never was shipped, said labeled stamped but shipper hasn’t received the package then messaged Best Buy n they had it shipped to the store had to wait like a week more n said it wasn’t gonna arrive. Ended up just buying what they had in store even tho it’s not 100 percent what I wanted.

Received the phone earlier than expected and love it

The speaker of the phone barely works and you can barely hear who is talking when it is not on speaker.

It was good, they have best person accomodating their customers. Thumbs up

I was worried at first but when I took it out and set everything up it worked like a dream. I bought two and both are great and their batteries are excellent.
