I love Apple products and so far I have lucky, no complaints

I bought this device in an emergency. The battery had a low life percentage and it was not as I was told that they had made internal changes to the device to make it almost new. I find the cost to be high for a used device.

Screen was free of scratches but seemed warped because I couldn’t get a screen protector to stay flat on it. I tried several different ones and was getting the same result. Battery was 86%. For the price I expected better. Frame also had damage.

The phone seemed ok but the screen was not working properly and the for $1K dollar phone the packaging is horrendous!!! Do better Best Buy.

It’s looks good but what I expected price little bid high

82% battery health screen was definitely replaced by an inexpensive one looked so dingy and I got the excellent condition too.

After a few months of having the product, it’s okay. Screen gives issues. Not worth the price.

Screen was all scratched up and battery level will only charge to 81%

Battery is not good; it has 88% capacity and it takes 8-minutes to charge 1%. Which means it takes 800-minutes to charge 100%.

I tought it was going to be brand new with an apple box but it came with a weird box with a fake charger

I was deceived. I bought the phone and it does not have a warranty. The worker told me before that it has a warranty. The employee lied to me and I discovered that the phone’s speaker does not work and the amount is exaggerated. I do not advise anyone to deal with you again. As for me, it was a bad experience. The first and last time I buy from you.
