    Went over to Bestbuy to exchange from a iPhone 12 with battery issues and while the sales person at the store was transferring everything to the iPhone 13 it went blank in the middle of the process and couldn’t get it to work again after that. Im glad it happened there at the store

    Never buy per owned items from Best Buy. Totally they are fraud and no device goes without issue . Also the price is too high than the current market.

    I bought a refurbished phone trying to save money. It’s been an absolutely huge piece of dung. It’s the worst iPhone I’ve ever owned. I had a 13 Pro Max with 256 memory and it got crushed. I forgot that I had AppleCare and went and bought this piece of ___ from Best Buy and it’s been nothing but problems.

    I love everything about it from the sound quality, to the display refresh rate for a phone is actually bananas, intuitive design. The battery lasts longer than any iPhone I’ve ever had! Especially for this to be used.
