The battery is drained so fast even if you charge full

It’s looks good but what I expected price little bid high

I tought it was going to be brand new with an apple box but it came with a weird box with a fake charger

This was the first time I bought phone from here and it will be the last time The phone was not working properly I put SIM card in it everything I did was ok till I made the phone call then nobody could here me it had a problem on the speakers I was not happy and still

Great phone. The price was a little high. My girl needed a new one.

I was deceived. I bought the phone and it does not have a warranty. The worker told me before that it has a warranty. The employee lied to me and I discovered that the phone’s speaker does not work and the amount is exaggerated. I do not advise anyone to deal with you again. As for me, it was a bad experience. The first and last time I buy from you.

Lked protection but to hard to hold and use phone.

The phone seemed ok but the screen was not working properly and the for $1K dollar phone the packaging is horrendous!!! Do better Best Buy.

Zero tolerance because it a damaged I they didn’t talk the phone has a damaged and when I return I didn’t receive my refund they I capital city will send you a check.

Went over to Bestbuy to exchange from a iPhone 12 with battery issues and while the sales person at the store was transferring everything to the iPhone 13 it went blank in the middle of the process and couldn’t get it to work again after that. Im glad it happened there at the store

Screen was free of scratches but seemed warped because I couldn’t get a screen protector to stay flat on it. I tried several different ones and was getting the same result. Battery was 86%. For the price I expected better. Frame also had damage.

I bought a refurbished phone trying to save money. It’s been an absolutely huge piece of dung. It’s the worst iPhone I’ve ever owned. I had a 13 Pro Max with 256 memory and it got crushed. I forgot that I had AppleCare and went and bought this piece of ___ from Best Buy and it’s been nothing but problems.

I bought this unlocked phone for my wife on September 1/2025 but the phone completely stopped working in the next day.

Sent the wrong phone. Returned to store. Was supposed to be 1TB per the description. Received 128gb.

Never buy per owned items from Best Buy. Totally they are fraud and no device goes without issue . Also the price is too high than the current market.

After a few months of having the product, it’s okay. Screen gives issues. Not worth the price.

82% battery health screen was definitely replaced by an inexpensive one looked so dingy and I got the excellent condition too.
