Love this refurbished I phone 13 pro max my screen was clean almost completely new, my battery was at 100% and no scratches on camera or around the phone.

Phone has been in great condition. No problems and thinking about buying another one. And employees has been helpful at soon as you walk in the store. So many electronics to choose from Best buy is a great store to buy new and up to date electronics you will not regret it. So come and buy you a cool electronic to enjoy.

Cannot believe how much difference a few cm makes in seeing better. I went to the 13 pro max from a regular iPhone 13. Reading on my phone is so much easier. And pictures are amazing. The phone was just a bit dirty and had a barely noticeable scratch on the screen. Great deal for a pre-owned.

Expensive but good. My old phone, an iPhone 8, was literally falling apart --the screen was crumbling. This one is much better

phone is a nice improvement to my old phone and will take some time to explore and give more input. I've not been able to use much as had a shoulder surgery . more usage will be needed at this time

I will give this Montclair store a 5 out of 5 rating because when I was looking for a new phone they helped me they best they could and then I went to a different store just to come to find out Best Buy was cheaper and also I plan kn getting another phone today if I get this $400 card and also I went back to the store and they helped me find the best phone thank you!

Phone in good condition almost like new. Battery last longer than the iPhone 11 pro

Purchased this pre owned but honestly couldn’t tell, it was in excellent condition. Going to buy all my phones from Best Buy from now on.
