I bought this phone after my phone unfortunately broke. I was looking for something in my budget and this phone, although used/refurbished, feels like it’s brand new. It was in exceptional condition, and was a total upgrade from what I used to have. This phone has an incredible battery life, and months later it’s just as long and the speed of the phone is just as fast. Thank you so much to the Best Buy worker that helped me find a good phone within my budget - I couldn’t love it more!

As the product description says it’s used by an excellent condition, and after talking with the customer service desk about conditions yes the phone is exactly as it says. It works fine and the battery is great so far there appears to be no issues with the phone.

The phone is in excellent condition, no scratches or problems with the computer functions. I really like the color too. The camera is pretty basic but I've never had an iphone before so maybe I'm not using it correctly.

Performance of the phone is good. Battery life is not that bad.

I was hesitant on buying a pre-owned phone, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality. My iPhone 14 arrived at my store a few days late, but there were no other issues. Phone looks like new and if there are any scratches, they are not noticeable. After upgrading from an iPhone 8 with a quickly dying battery, I love my new phone! It also comes with USB charging cable.

This was an excellent phone. No scratches or anything. You cannot even tell its been used. I bought this for my teenage son amd its perfect

There were some chips in the aluminum casing, but all of the factory functions of the phone were nominal including battery health so it was programmed correctly. "Excellent" condition may be a stretch as the chipping on the aluminum was significant in more than one spot. Overall it's a perfectly functional iPhone 14.
