GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT PHONE, WORTH THE PURCHASE.

Its basically the same iPhone like every other year. Has the most recent software update so its pretty much a new iPhone.

This is the 2nd phone I’ve order in the last few months, the first one (exact same one) worked and is still working fine. I however decided to upgrade (for myself) and purchased this phone ( since the last one works I bought for a fam member) and it did not work right out of the box. It over-heated, the screen was stuck on the ‘hello’ screen, even after trying multiple times to force a restart. Returned in store - which did go great - no issues with that.

The sales staff was ok not his fault I res turned the phone and for additional I guess $75 I purchase I phone 15 plus Jessica was simply awesome, listens to my needs and recommend I phone 15 plus and even helped me with the case

When first receiving the phone battery health was at 86, which wasn’t too terrible but not great. Within less than 60 days battery health has dropped to 78 and the system is prompting me to go pay $100+ for service on the phone. Not only that the free trials they offered like Apple Music and ect were never made available at all… Save your $400 for an actual new phone, I wish I did.

I paid extra for a excellent condition and it is in less than poor condition. Multiple deep scratches and on the back it has permeant damage from the previous owners case. The battery life is at 85% this is NOT what I paid for. It was a gift for my son for Christmas and he lives in a different state. In order to get this problem resolved they told me I have to take in store myself and do a full return. That is completely unreasonable. Do not waste your time buy from bestbuy.

Honestly I had a doubt when I was thinking of buying it but after getting it, it was a great product.

Sorry to say this one comes without a SIM card. You will need to GoTo your ATT&T or T-Mobile etc to purchase a electronic SIM card. And it’s a monthly fee to your account. So check before you buy because it’s $45.00 restocking fee if you open the box.
