Basically new! The color is nice and price was unbeatable

I also bought this product at a great deal, go for it.

There were some chips in the aluminum casing, but all of the factory functions of the phone were nominal including battery health so it was programmed correctly. "Excellent" condition may be a stretch as the chipping on the aluminum was significant in more than one spot. Overall it's a perfectly functional iPhone 14.

For a pre-owned phone, it came in suprisingly good shape and had one minor scrape on the side, but one downside is that it came with an usb-a to lightning cable instead of usb-c. It also came with a sim ejector in the box even thought this is one of apples first esim only phones

Excellent phone. The only thing was that it didn't come in the original box; it came in a generic Best Buy box. Other than that, the phone works perfectly and had no cosmetic flaws.

first phone was defective. Took it back to the store. Upon their discovery that the phone was bad they replaced it with a new on and honored the price we originally paid as well. Got the replacement and worked without issue.
