Nearly every went well, but the transfer from an older iPhone didn't work completely. My list of contacts did not transfer and I was forced to enter >200 contacts manually from another source. I also had to start from scratch to connect with my email account @edu rather than the connection transferring automatically. It's unclear whether this was a problem with Apple or the email provider. I use it daily to check email and intermittently to connect to social media and irregularly use the camera, which seems just fine.

As the product description says it’s used by an excellent condition, and after talking with the customer service desk about conditions yes the phone is exactly as it says. It works fine and the battery is great so far there appears to be no issues with the phone.

The iPhone was in great condition Only reason it wasn’t excellent was because of slight scratches around the top ear speaker but I wasn’t expecting perfect condition Battery Health came at 100% capacity I’d buy from again & recommend this to someone trying to upgrade on a budget (relatively speaking)

The phone is in excellent condition, no scratches or problems with the computer functions. I really like the color too. The camera is pretty basic but I've never had an iphone before so maybe I'm not using it correctly.

I was hesitant on buying a pre-owned phone, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality. My iPhone 14 arrived at my store a few days late, but there were no other issues. Phone looks like new and if there are any scratches, they are not noticeable. After upgrading from an iPhone 8 with a quickly dying battery, I love my new phone! It also comes with USB charging cable.

For a pre-owned phone, it came in suprisingly good shape and had one minor scrape on the side, but one downside is that it came with an usb-a to lightning cable instead of usb-c. It also came with a sim ejector in the box even thought this is one of apples first esim only phones

Phone has a few blemishes and scratches which is understandable for a reconditioned phone. What isn’t understandable is my understanding of a reconditioned phone would be to actually recondition the phone not just factory reset and call it good. Battery health is at 83%, granted it’s about the 80% level Apple suggests for replacement, but nothing else was replaced on the phone as shown by the slight scratches on the screen and back cover. Now having to replace the battery it is getting close in cost to just buying a brand new phone.

Performance of the phone is good. Battery life is not that bad.

Bought a used phone and it was in excellent shape. Exterior looks brand new. No scratches on the camera lenses or front facing. Phone works very well with no issues at all. Was a bit disappointed in the maximum battery usage percentage but it is still manageable. Appreciative of the longer warranty period to be sure the phone worked adequately. Would definitely recommend buying a used phone at BestBuy.

My phone was broken, so I was in a bad way. I bought another phone off social media marketplace, being promised that was unlocked, only to find it was locked. Best Buy helped me trade in my old phones and purchase a newer phone that was unlocked. I have a lot of respect for Best Buy and how they were able to help me!
