Great help bad phone

The camera didn’t work, it kept shutting down spontaneously, and for no reason. It was my second time returning a phone to Best Buy. I guess the third time is the charm. I got a good phone and excellent help. I will not be buying another phone from Best Buy though.

That is not excellent! I returned the phone, I was told pre-owned are not best buy products but a third party seller. That is not what I expect from Best Buy! I’ll never buy pre owned again! The store gave me a little flack back but did refund the full price I paid & refunded the screen protector I bought.

The battery is dying pretty quickly

I don’t recommend - don’t do it

I now have 5 days to get a new phone and return this one - I wish I didn’t do this . I should’ve just purchased a new one even though it costs more . Please don’t do it because you end up taking a gamble on the health of the phone and Best Buy’s policy is terrible
