Not worth it returned and bought a new one

I returned it almost immediately and exchanged it for a New one. I got charged a restocking fee even though wouldn't have returned it if it wasn't damaged. Poor experience Best Buy just resells used phones like eBay and Amazon.

DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY

Multiple deep scratches and on the back it has permeant damage from the previous owners case. The battery life is at 85% this is NOT what I paid for. It was a gift for my son for Christmas and he lives in a different state. In order to get this problem resolved they told me I have to take in store myself and do a full return. That is completely unreasonable. Do not waste your time buy from bestbuy.
