    The phone is in SUPER good condition. Looks and feels brand new! No scratches or damages. I was a little worried at first to buy a used phone but I’m glad I saved myself the extra bucks cuz it’s pretty much new! So happy hehe

    Oh Boy, is this phone just perfect for me! The color purple is just beautiful! You will not regret buying the 14 pro. This phone was used but you can not even tell it was. It looks brand new! The only thing that happened was that the phone was in a hard plastic case that was broke when I received it. But No damage to the phone at all. Thankfully!

    Had to return the first phone because it was overheating on the charger and returned a second replacement because the insides were rattling around inside of the phone. Waited 2 weeks to receive each phone and neither ever worked properly

    Received my item, battery health at 90%. Very minor scratches on exterior on the side. But phone is working just fine. No complaints. Will consider buying refurbished from best buy next time as well.

    The phone looks great. It works okay for the most part but the battery life is terrible!! It dies really fast. And the camera is not clear as i was expecting it to be.
