I’m sure it’s a good phone but it run on e-sim ONLY so I wasn’t able to transfer my stuff over Therefore I wasn’t able to fully experience the phone

Nothing very exciting about this model. I’m not impressed. Also, the screen gets stuck and freezes a lot I guess that’s an issue bc it’s refurbished?? I actually was coming online to return the phone, but it says I only had until July 25 so now here’s my bad review.

I purchased a refurbished iphone rated "excellent" with the hope of saving a little money. Within the first few weeks of getting it up and running the phone is showing multiple signs of defects - overheating, not holding a charge. Because it is outside of the 14 days Best Buy is unwilling to offer a return OR technical support. They redirected me to Apple. I did not purchase apple care and will have to pay extra to now resolve the issues. If Best Buy cannot backup their refurbished devices they shouldn't be selling them. Extremely poor customer service and a waste of time and money.

Not only did the screen blackout not even a month into having this thing, but dealing with Best Buy has been a pain. Namely because why does your store not have Wi-Fi. You guys need to be more thoughtful about the exchange process as well as the switch out process for people’s phones. This experience is making me want to ask for a full refund. I’m texting this from my old iPhone 11. I shouldn’t regret upgrading my phone. I don’t care if it is a refurbished phone. Don’t sell people defective phones.

This is a pre owned phone which arrived with minor scratches on front but not noticeable once I have put the screen protector on it…The Phone is cute, love the color it’s my favorite(pink), but for what I need, it is terrible. I need it for pictures and thought it would be a wonderful investment but the picture are not reflecting anything spectacular.

Beware: on any used, Pre-owned or Openbox apple devices sold at Bestbuy can not be covered by Applecare or geeksquad protection, they only carry a 1 year instore only warranty. you only option may be assurion through carrier. they are sold as-is only, buyer beware...

Terrible customer service from beginning to end. They advise you the product is in stock & has shipped when it is out of stock. Spent hours on the chat function. Contacted the CEO office for support. No response & the executive support team were just as poor. I would strongly advise against buying from BB when there are other more professional companies.

Its ok not impressed with the phone its just same old i phone

Very disappointed, usually Best Buy does a good job of checking products but the quality of this phone and the fact the button is pressed in and can’t be set up or used to download anything if like I said disappointing.

Phone in good condition and works great! so glad I made this purchase.

Phone is in excellent condition. I’m coming from a IPhone XR and the storage space and battery life was getting to be subpar. iPhone 15 is nice with Dynamic Island and better camera features. BEST BUY (pun intended)
