Worth the money. Bought it a few weeks ago after the one I’ve had for 7 years finally broke.

Needed a work phone and this checked all the boxes. It was pre-owned but practically brand new. No scratches, no dents, no issues. Battery life great! Got it at 100% maximum capacity

Great buy for my teenage son that i did not want to spend the price of a new phone. Good as new.

It’s a nice phone with good battery and condition but camera doesn’t have the 48 mp and the selfie camera is only 7mp. Not impressed with it. Other features not useful to me.

My other phone went swimming and I needed a fast replacement. Preferably, I was looking for a refurbished iPhone. This phone works exactly as I would hope that it does.

Very happy with the process of ordering and receiving my phone. It came in excellent condition as stated and I’ve had no issues with my phone. I would recommend buying through Best Buy as well as the iPhone 15. Great camera quality, battery last me all day and I use my phone pretty much all day either listening to podcasts and music, streaming, and texting and talking. I really like the stand by feature at night. The blue color is a little underwhelming at first but now that I’ve gotten used to it I really love it. The phone isn’t bulky and feels nice as well.

I am very happy with the phone I bought from best buy. I got this phone for my daughter and she loved it. she is happy so do I.

The phone seems to work like new. I wish there was an instruction manual to come with it. Also, their hardware id number printout needed better ink. I could barely make out what was there when setting up the eSim. BestBuy could do a tad better with documents.

Have had the phone less than a month but everything seems to be working fine thus far. Battery capacity is still running at 100% and the health is listed as normal. When I have bought used phones in the past, the battery capacity has never been at 100%

Light wear and tear but overall great price for a almost new phone!

Picked up this refurbished iPhone because I wanted to take advantage of Best Buy CC financing. When received, all though it wasn’t in an apple box you could not tell that it was previously used. Phone came with all accessories and great battery life.

This phone is much faster than my old phone, a lot more storage. I love that I got it at a low price
