Very Unfortunate

Unfortunately my daughter was not home when I bought the phone.. so BestBuy says I cant return or exchange it.. $600 gone just like that. Will definitely not be buying phones here..

It should had a detail description of Android lookslike Iphone and the customers can decided if they want and android lookalike iphone. Not satisfied I will return both phines. ☹️

Unacceptable

They sent a iphone that straight out of the box randomly shuts off and gave a error 9 code when I tried to resent. Since this was a gift I was unable to return within the 15 day return window. Now they refuse to let me return the product. To sell a faulty product and not stand behind a return is unacceptable.
