The Phone was in excellenr condition, no scratches at all, the battery was a top level, and the device worked perfectly. I’m very happy with this purchase— it was a great buy!

Let’s first talk about the delivery, it only took 3 days with standard delivery for me. Which is nice. Next is the phone quality, 10/10! No scratches and the speakers and charging port are super clean, 5 stars. Lastly is the battery life, the most important thing to most people when buying a used phone. It’s was 84% when I received it, which isn’t super bad but isn’t the best I was hoping for at least 90% but that’s fine. I’ll put photos of the phone and box it came in. I’ve been using this phone for about 2 months now and no issues whatsoever. I would recommend it :)

Everything works well but I don’t know what I was expecting with the battery life. I checked immediately and saw that the max capacity was 85%, a bit disappointing but makes sense for a used phone. Also, very minor scratches (on back, not the screen) were present on this “excellent” phone, but I’m putting a case on anyways. Just be aware of what you’re signing up for

From the moment I arrived until now it has worked well. Yes it is in good condition, battery arrived at 95% and minimal detail in the upper right corner.

I desperately needed a new phone after I broke mine. I’m a college student so you know that means short on funds. Best Buy has the best deals for used phones still in literally perfect condition and the best finance option ever. I would’ve been broke or without a phone if it wasn’t for Best Buy.

I had this phone for 8 months before it started to heat up. It started to crash, not let me open messaging app, make calls, receive calls or anything.
