When the Phone came in, I was shocked they didn’t come in the original box but upon opening it, it looked great. Did not come with the original Apple core but did come with a USB-C cable, but the phone was exactly as advertised with no scratches.

I am always iffy when it comes to pre owned purchases but Best Buy has made that experience overcoming with the ability to provide the great experience and seeking furthermore in the future when considering upgrading.

got the iphone 15 plus. i love it , the sleek design and everything the design of it is nice. when i got it it was pristine no cracks no scratches no nothing practically brand new , im leasing to own from progressive leasing so i only put 20$ down and got it same day my battery max is still on 99% phone was def worth it for sure. thanks bestbuy because i hate ordering phones thru the mail. also plan to upgrade soon as well it worth it.

I really enjoy my 15plus it feels different and it’s much more then my old phone I love the space on the phone and the gun metal gray it’s an awesome phone.

This phone is excellent! coming from someone whose last iPhone was an SE. It sucks that the Apple support has lapsed, but otherwise it did not feel at all like it was a used device. I’m really enjoying the features if I can get a live wallpaper working then that will seal the deal.

Very Very disappointed because I paid so much money for this unlocked iPhone and after 3 months the phone went blank and will not power up . It was never dropped, always in a case . I took really good care of it . This is the reason I refuse to buy another used iPhone
