My first ever iPhone. This phone does everything but teach me how to get the most from it. Battery will last a long time. Never detect charging heat. 95% charge seems like only a couple hours. Upgraded to iOS 26. Wow. One should disable AI. Good percentage of AI results are incorrect anyways.

So far after a week my phone seems great! With it being pre-owned I was a bit nervous. There was a little nick on the screen hidden by the battery symbol and the battery was at 100%. It does get warm if I play a game while it is charging. I was told that was common with this generation.

They kept me updated on the status and ensured that I got my phone as soon as possible. Despite the delay, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is definitely worth the wait, and I’m happy with my purchase!

Great product for an Open Box product. Battery at 100% and feels and acts new. Not the best deal, being its only $130 less than the new model, but I don’t like the new model, so there’s that.

I was skeptical to upgrade my phone from a 14 to a 15 pro max hearing that the phone is nothing but a rehash of previous phones I decided to check it out anyways and what I found was extraordinary. At first glance the software seems to be the same until you really dig into the new Apple Ai w/ Chat GPT integration. I am able to create amazing stickers, emojis and other awesome photos. Remove unwanted people from the back ground or simply take a photo of an animal or plant and get the answer to what it is. There are so many fun secrets to discover with this phone and for the price you can’t beat it.

Great product and works as expected. We bought this phone and then took it to an AT&T store to setup the cell connection. Best Buy made this whole processs very easy to do.

The first purchase we had to bring back, but they were able to get us another phone. It is still working perfectly. Great buy.
