Good Phone, Bad Customer Support and Management.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is good but the battery was not refurbished to full capacity of hours advertised by Apple, in addition to the existing problems, it came with no insurance and the phone was broken and now is not unusable, and when I visited the store is when I was made aware that there is no warranty and no insurance available for refurbished phones, and using the Best Buy Visa with Citi Bank has been a nightmare as there is no claimed ownership of responsibilities between the two companies and so the information is inconsistent and access is difficult. It has lead to many problems with payments, updating information, and customer support, which has negatively impacted my credit.

So bad that I’m considering a Samsung after having an apple since 2010. I don’t have photos to show you because it’s mainly screen recordings, but here’s a picture of the nearly daily occurrence of my alarm going off, but not making a sound.
