BestBuy sold me a phone that they knew was broken.

I gave it for a Christmas present and then spent the next two weeks trying to activate it- no dice. I tried online, on the app, hours on the phone with Verizon, they told me to go back to Best Buy- when my son went there, they only said, "Wow, we've never seen this before- you need to go back to the manager." This isn't a warranty issue- this is that the phone is tied to another carrier. It's now a $1000 paperweight. Been trying to contact Best Buy about this for the last week with no long. Very dissapointed.
