We are still testing because only after the purchase did we notice that the cell phone was not new. Anyway... for now I can give it 3 stars because we don't know what might happen.

The folks at BB Las Cruces were totally excellent in every way. They were intelligently helpful & kind thruout a series of bad events. The 1st phone delivered had a small crack in the display. Small, but cracks crawl. Sent back. The 2nd, arrived with already low battery. Prior to purchase the phone rep I spoke with pre-order "guaranteed 99% battery upon arrival." Sent back. I felt my only option was to buy a totally New 16 pro max.

I had a problem with the eSIM that required me to bring the phone back. Best Buy worked well with me to solve the issue and trade in for a new phone.

What a joke. Heats up so badly that my hands almost burnt- like touching a curling iron. Definitely not reviewed properly by a tech team. And a terrible return window of 15 days.

If i could give it a zero i would the phone was supposed to be in excellent condition i cant connect to cellular due to the cellphone being defective with the esim

Nothing wrong with the phone itself. However, because it was refurbished, when I tried to activate it, the phone company could not do so because it was still 'associated' with another phone number. Hence I had to return it as it was useless.

extremely upset, guy sold me a pre owned iphone and i ended up not needing the phone and returned it. the lady at returns said because it was over $800 they had to mail me a check. months later some random person cashed the check and best buy told me they didnt care and it was my problem!!!!!

Not happy at all . I got the iPhone 15pro max and it does not work at all and it’s unlock . I will not pay one again

Terrible experience, rude manager. Did not tell me I could not buy Apple care- had to do an immediate return! Total waste of time. I went to Verizon to purchase

Unfortunately the open box model I got was not was not functional. After setting up the phone it would reset intermittently without warning or clear cause about every 15 minutes. The cosmetic description was pretty accurate. I brought it back to the store and returned it with no issues at customer service which I did appreciate.

The Siri does not work the screen is slow to respond

I worked at Apple for 15 years and I have not had an iPhone run this slowly since the early iterations. It's so slow I am ditching it.
