Bought 2 of these for my wife and I as an upgrade from the 11 and 13 and we love them. The Face ID had issues with her the first few weeks with make up and hair styles but ended getting used to her and now works flawlessly.

Purchased this phone as a refurbished phone. I would never know this was a refurbished phone. Works perfectly and zero blemishes. I would definitely consider buying another refurbished model in the future !

Can’t complain. Amazing device. I had the 11 and upgraded to 16 PRO MAX and I wouldn’t obviously go back. Now I got to hold it with both hands sometimes haha!

I upgraded from the Galaxy s23 ultra. Everything is so much better, especially the cameras, speed of everything, and it doesnt have that horrible curved screen. The charging is mind-blowingly fast!
