Phone is good but not battery

One thing I got upset with is they told me the battery will be in good shape with at least 95%+ life. But it was 92%. When i went to the store they said the only option is I have to return it. But they cannot replace battery. It was such a hassle cause i have already transferred my number to this phone’s eSim. So i had to sacrifice and keep the phone. I really don’t like how the in store employee sold me a phone with false hope.
