Excellent condition like new. Battery life is great. Just minimum scratch on the side other than that everything is great. I will definitely buy again in the feature and I will recommend to my friends and family. I’m so happy with this product.

Looked new, other than one little scratch you can’t see unless you hunt for it. Battery health was at 100%. No complaints. Tried a new Samsung and didn’t like it, so I’m glad I could get this. Very happy with the quality and size. I had a pro max before and it felt too big for my pockets. This is perfect.

Not a single scratch or sign of wear. Battery health was 100% and only had 2 charging cycles on it! I am extremely pleased and will be going here for future phone purchases for the family. I am disappointed that I was not advised that this device was not eligible for AppleCare during relevant consultation with representatives. I drove almost 100 miles to pick up this phone because I needed a replacement phone ASAP. I would have purchased a phone nearby had I known this product would not be covered by my BestBuyTotalCare membership. I'm not sure if the camera focus is working perfectly and I don't have the peace of mind I expect from the purchase of an Apple product, but otherwise it was a good deal.

This is a beautiful phone and bestbuy does a great job of refurbishing it. It doesn't even look used. Love it.

Finally, a newer iPhone without a glass back. Those were cool at first—literally. But they broke SO EASILY! I like the look and feel of this iPhone so much more—though it’s in a case so the best thing is that the back of the phone just has no chance of cracking and getting glass shards in the ports.

As good as new honestly! Good graphics and resolution. Takes good pictures and it's easy to use even for a person that has had a android for over ten years. Love it.

I am not going to make this an iPhone review. As far as buying a preowned iPhone from Best Buy: Phone was absolutely perfect. No blemishes, no scratches. Battery Health was 100%. Even though the phone was less than 1-year old it said it was ineligible for Apple Care if that matters to you.

Great size and preforming device. I had the 15 pro max and decided to try the pro this year and I’m not disappointed at all. And buying it from Best Buy was the best choice due to me being a total member and getting that Apple care for free was a must.

Best Buy always does a really good job when it comes to refurbished phones. It’s basically a new phone and I’m really happy with it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
