Despite it being a pre owned the phone was spotless and seemingly brand new. The battery life was at 100%, perfect and best camera I’ve owned, and all of the other features were amazing. Better than buying a brand new phone personally.

The iPhone 16 Pro is fast, lightweight, and beautifully designed. The camera upgrades are amazing, especially the new zoom, and the display is bright and smooth. Battery lasts all day, and overall it feels like a big step forward—definitely worth the upgrade!

Honestly was worrried about buying a refurbished iPhone but the description, condition and overall iPhone from best buys preowned selection was a great deal. IPhone 16pro max was in perfect condition and have had no issues and is as described. 100% truest the excellent condition description that Best Buy put on the phone.
