Phones 2 heavy feels like a square brick IN UR HAND ITS OVERPRICED best buy chargers a ARM AND LEG FR THERE PRODUCTS

I bought this phone in good faith from Best Buy. It was fine for four months but out of the blue it was reported stolen from the previous carrier. Now Best Buy is refusing to do anything for me and saying I have no recourse to recover my money or get a new phone thru them. They sold me a stolen phone and refuse to do anything about it. Be Leary of buying anything from them. Their customer service is terrible and they will not work with you even when they sell you a stolen phone.

Calls don't come thru. Doesn't ring for some reason.

I ordered this item because it was supposed to be in "Excellent" condition, I received it in a sealed box and gave it as a gift only to find upon the recipient opening the box that the phone was actually way less than "Excellent" as it had clearly been abused and has 3 deep scratched on the screen. Thank you for the "Excellent" phone Best Buy!

The battery is not good , it’s easy to get aa charge after full battery I don’t like the product because it’s not new phone

Started freezing just after 4 months. And battery is already falling low just after a few hours.

The screen of the phone is warped around the edges and has very obviously been replaced (not by Apple) the screen looks and feels more like glue than it does glass. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and now sometimes it doesn’t pick up me touching the screen.

Phone starting acting up right after return window closed, it will turn off for no reason, and deactivate my cellular signal to the point that no matter what I do, (turn it off, restart it) nothing will help, after at least 2 hours phone will start to act normal but will be super slow! I don’t recommend buying anything refurbished or previously owned because you will have to keep it if it acts up.

Phone is getting hot. Has scratch and was sell like new.

When you’re watching videos, you cannot hear the volume right when you’re on the phone and also the speaker sounds like it’s messed up

Not Excellent Condition Period..Sreen had deep scratches..Refurbished yes but with no warranty or manufacturer warranty period is not good..The price was 50 dollars off the original price and the phone was unlocked. Still not worth the price..

When received the product it was uncleaned and all the corners had white things in it. It was so uncleaned

Product was not as described. It had several scratches

I was looking for an unlocked iPhone to get because my old phone didn't have as much GB storage so I needed an upgrade, and this phone that I got was in perfect shape and looked brand new and got an amazing deal on this phone. Love Best Buy and their amazing deals.
