You need to buy a separate original apple charging cable or it won’t work.

The phone started to have issues after 20 days. Battery drains rapidly

The phone itself function fine, but I battery was bad .

Only owned phone for 6 months and 2 weeks. Screen stopped working randomly and now it won't turn on at all. Of course warranty through BB was up at 6 months. Very disappointed since I paid $389.99 for this. Buy new! Do not buy used. Stuck with an expensive phone that is useless. I had no idea warranty wouldn't cover up to a year.

The first one I got was trash. It wouldn’t even turn on. I exchanged and decided to get the phone that said “(excellent) iPhone 6” and I don’t regret the upgrade and extra money spent.

I bought a used iPhone to save some money. I have done so in the past with mixed results. I thought a Best Buy “excellent” rated used phone would be fully inspected. Long story short, the mic used for the phone didn’t work. I ended up having it repaired for $80 because the local Best Buy didn’t have a suitable replacement and I didn’t want to go without a phone. You let me down, Best Buy.

Issues with the microphone and the speaker when using phone call programs (skype, whatsapp, wechat, facetime...)

Absolutely no appearance difference from brand new. Powered up quickly using the provided generic cord. Haven't connected to service yet, but I don't anticipate any problem. A great deal.

No original box, no original lightning to USB Cable,no original USB Power Adapter, without key to open chip case.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone. We have had this one for quite some time now and have had no problems with it. It is only a 16GB but works for my husband!

Purchased a refurbished iphone6 that was rated EXCELLENT. The battery was not able to hold its charge after a few weeks. I was able to return the phone to Best Buy. I am glad that I purchased the phone through them because I was able to return it without any hassles.

This phone came certified refurnished but doesn't hold a charge more than 4 hours and sometimes won't charge at all. I now have to go through Apple to get it repaired even though it was considered "excellent" condition.

I got this phone for my dad, and he hasn't experienced any problems with it so far, and it looks brand new. It's a great deal for a phone that's normally very very expensive.

I hesitated a bit to buy it, because the recommendations were not entirely good. but I decided to ignore them because nobody sells something broken.

The 2iphones I got had the screen broken. I gave them back and tried to get 2 more. When I went to pick up them, cashier realized she made a mistake and the iPhone never arrived to the store. I asked for my refund and she made AGAIN a mistake and gave me $200 less. Unbelievable

DOA. It will not recharge at all, left it on charger all day and nothing. Trying to return it and just get a new iPhone instead of used.

I really felt better buying this used phone from an established business than an individual. It is not the latest phone but works great! Really pleased with features.

Bought The Preowned iPhone and It Doesn't Work. It Keeps Glitching and It Even Goes Days Without Turning On. The Screen Also Freezes a Lot. And Apps Open and Close By Themselves. I Suggest No On Buys a Preowned Phone. They Never Work. They Always Have a Problem.
