    Terrible refurbished phone. Battery life was horrendous, and crashed every so often, but what can you expect?

    I had horrible experience with that purchase. The phone came with a cheap after market charger. phone was very slow to respond. I had return it. Finally they deducted 35$ as restocking fee. I ended up paying for BestBuy's fault.

    Please check the phone returned, it's color is grey, and It isn't gold. So I thank you shouldn't charge me $35 as Restocking Fee.

    After several weeks on backorder we received the phone. Not in excellent condition as there were cosmetic scratches on all 4 corners. Also, it is an unlocked Japanese global phone. As such, it has some Japan specific functions that we did not want in our phone (camera shutter sound could not be muted or turned down). Returned it for refund as there were no work arounds.
