Don't buy it. Use only one month and noticed intolerance battery problem. It turns off when still has 40% battery and unable to reopen.

Overall great phone, but always received an "iMessage and FaceTime activation unsuccessful" error message. Had to take to Geek squad and Apple and neither could repair the issue, just was told it was a software issue...had to return for full refund.

I bought this for mi mom. She left on vacations and put a SIM from the country she was in... the speaker did not work... ever... I call and asked for an extension to be returned... Best Buy did not approved now I have a phone that I have to repair

After 25 days I went back to Best Buy store because my iPhone doesn't work. They said to me only 15 days warranty for my iPhone free owned. Wasting of money $360.

This iphone6 was supposed to be excellent condition. It looked real good just did not work. Kept getting no signal . Hardware problem. Returned for refund.

had only 50% of original capacity eventhough the phone was classified as Excellent Condition. Best Buy refused to change the battery for free! Absolutely unacceptable!!

Nice looking, great bargain, excellent service by Best Buy. Phone was fairly easy to set up-transferring account from another phone. Sadly, the best thing it could do is search for a signal.

Unit looked great but when I went to active it wouldnt read a sim card. Att tried 3 and best buy 1. Returned it and ordered a new one. That came quickly but it was the wrong phone. Third times a charm?

Phone has not worked properly since purchase. CCR will not contact me to take phone back for repair. I have been ignored for a week!

The item came in a reasonable amount of time but outside of that was a waste phone powered all but that's about it very glitchy and none of the speakers worked nor did the headphone jack.
