phone has tons of issue it could power on that was about the only positive.

I had to return the product it would not sync.....

I bought this Unlocked iPhone 6 for my mother. The phone looked good but She was complaining about battery problems and I did not pay attention initially. In 30 days of usage, the battery was draining quickly (battery goes from 100% to 0% in 2 hours with very minimum usage). Called the Best Buy customer service and was told to take to a best buy store and the would have it replaced at not cost since apple had a special battery replacement. Took it to the store and was told the warranty was through a 3th party company and I have to call them or pay Best Buy $30 to replace it. No t wanting to go through the hassle of returning the phone back I paid them to replace the battery. I would not recommend this and would not buy online from Best Buy again.

My iPhone 6 arrived looking brand new, however, it doesn't act brand new. The battery on this was certainly not refurbished, and even with minimal use won't last till the end of the day. I had a 4-year-old iPhone 6, and over time I saw the battery life deteriorate, but it was still far better than this refurbished phone. I will need to carry around a battery charger on me at all times or risk running out of juice before I even get to lunch break.

I purchased this refurbished phone for my sons birthday and it stated it was in excellent condition. I did not read the reviews first, afraid that the phone would not be available for long. First of all, the phone did not come with a charger nor headphones. As I was activating the phone, it turned off on me after being fully charged so I plugged it into the charger. It was 100% charged then my son got on the phone for 20 minutes, then the phone went dead again. To my surprise, its now outside of the 15 day return period and now, after reading the reviews, I may not be able to get it fixed through warranty if other parts is in the phone. I am very dissatisfied!

I can't turn off the VERY loud shutter noise on the camera, not even by putting the phone on silent, I tried everything. Well I did some research turns out this phone is from japan, where manufactures are required to disable the option for turning the noise off. This doesn't sound like a big deal but let me tell you how incredibly obnoxious it is you can't take pictures anywhere in public, i.e. Not museums or children's performences etc. Best Buy should have made it clear where exactly the phone was from because I did not receive what I paid for

I bought this unlock iphone for my relative. On the description it says that it includes earphones. It comes with a cheap box, a charger, and the phone itself. The phone is presented well, and no damages/scratches. Although it is not worth the price, so bought a 6s brand new one instead for the same price and it is unlocked, too.

Best Buy sent this iPhone to me by mail. I was not told that this iPhone would be a Japanese model. Japanese model's camera shutter is forever on, and I don't appreciate this not being specified in the description of this phone. I was hoping to get a new iPhone, but all I got was disappointment.

Cant go wrong with an iPhone. Pre-owned but was as good as new. No complaints till date.

I only had the iphone 6 for less than two months and the screen and software do not work. I haven't dropped the phone or anything it just stopped responding. I took it to the apple store and they told me that they see nothing wrong with the iphone and the only thing I can do at this point is get a new phone. So I spent more than 400 dollars on an unresponsive iphone.

Great customer service and great item! Love Apple anyway but they definitely made me appreciate it much more! Would definitely recommend.

Delivered earlier than estimated. Got golden case as ordered. Installed SIM card phone started working right away. Installing OS update. So far so good.

I purchased this mobile recently Jan mid-month and started using it since yesterday since I was out of town.. now it's not working. The battery drains in seconds from 100% to 20% and in next few seconds mobile will turn off.

The screen on my device would randomly stop responding, requiring me to restart often. Do not recommend.

I purchased this phone for my daughter and a month later I had to go buy a new iPhone for her. I will never buy a refurbished iPhone again.

What more can I say ? I regret the day I bought this phone . Phone freezes on its own for over 3-5 hours. Terrible I'm returning it
