This phone has been great. The battery life is amazing and everything worked right of the bat. I would recommend this product to everyone that doesn't want to pay full retail for an iPhone.

2 refurbished iPhone 6 bought from BestBuy.com had quirks. Geek Squad condemned phones. BestBuy store was VERY HELPFUL in returning and getting replacements that work very well. For this geezer, it was a confusing and time consuming ordeal !!!

I've switched from Android to iPhone. I love my phone, no scratches. I did have to change out battery. That's the only downside, but replaced it and works great now.

If you do not mind slightly blemished body of the phone, going Refurbished is the way to go. With 128GB, running out of storage is of little concern.

After receiving my iphone and after staring at it, i noticed my facetime front camera is off center, looks like a crescent shape. Googled it up and sure enough, a known issue on most iphone 6. I will observe, and if it gets worse, will be returning it. This is supposed to be best buy certified refurbished, at least that's what the case says.

Apple - Pre-Owned iPhone 6 16GB cell phone (unlocked) - Space Gray is in excellent condition. It is a great phone for new Apple phone users.

Came with a defective battery, took 6 hours to power on, got extremely hot during charging. Oh and a damaged screen! Returned it the day of delivery. Spend the extra $50 and buy a new one on a pre-paid plan, take it to your carrier and put it on your plan!

I bought the product in July and in the first months it already presented problem in the battery. Since I live in Brazil, warranty assistance is difficult and Best Buy has informed me that there is no email or chat to contact. Hard to believe that in this modern world we live, there is only telephone to get in touch. I don't recommend!

upgrading from an iphone 6 with way less GB for this one and gave my husband my old iphone 6 to upgrade from his iphone 4s. Got a refurbished phone that is like new.

Its been a good buy, it looked in good condition. The only thing is that there were times my SIM card did not read and so it didnt give me access, but you cant beat price.

I'm so glad that i bought this and didn't spend the extra $300.00 to buy the brand new one. There wasn't a scratch or nothing wrong with it. GREAT PURCHASE!!!!

Paid a premium for a unlocked phone and activated it with NET10 with highest geek squad protection. $40 a month plan will pay for that phone in 6 months
